I will probably cancel or threaten to cancel after 2 years when they try to raise my MMR as they always do with cable but so far so good. I did pay $199 so I was a little bumped when I found out that there are so many other better deals out there but their home app and automation is seamless. I am about to get this system installed in our home, that part was harder than it should have been but once the sales guy got to our house things went much better. Good so far but I haven’t had to call in for customer service so I can’t rate that part.
I said I wanted to be in the $160-$170 range and no more. I also said I was interested in getting a home security system as well. I recently became frustrated with Xfinity after having been a loyal customer since March of 2013. I let Xfinity know that I love some of the services and that I would not cut my internet bc their internet speed is unparalleled in my area.
